 Now a days only information is not matters but correct information really does. So I thought I should be a part of it. Because I see on internet lots of people getting confused that which information is actually right for them.

So let's come to the point, today I am going to introduce you about "Celibacy" and its benefits which I personally experience. 

Celibacy - 

• This is the thing by which you can achieve anything what you want to in your life. It keeps us always energetic, focused, success oriented and happy person which needs everyone in their life.
•  In Ayurveda there are lots of books written about it they framed very well about its benefits. If you want to read particular book you can read that for description.
•  Also lots of people making videos on  internet behalf on these books and personal experiences.
•  Celibacy is not a thing which can be described easily through words but it's an experience if you want to know about it practice it.
•  As we all know in our culture there were thousands of Gurukuls in our country which makes India proud.
•  Till age of 25 person needed learn about the things and rituals and other things. In this period people has learnt about Yoga, spiritual practice, and lots of things which needed most in life. Like how to live in this society and what should be done for goodness of our country. Also about language proficiency like Sanskrit, Hindi, English, Spanish, Urdu and so on.
• These type of knowledge kept us always intelligent. But unfortunately these Gurukuls are not available in that quantities as earlier.
•  But still we do not have any issue to gain knowledge from anywhere or from anyone. But this decision should be taken carefully. Because as I said in above statement that people are getting confused.
•  So I know that who are reading this article is very intelligent because that's why you are here. 
• Celibacy is a practice in which you are committed to yourself that you are going to achieve your goals whatever you set in your life. Because saving your vital energy is everything. 
• So make sure do not waste your time, energy and surely your vital energy (Virya). 
• Make transmutation of it towards your goals its simple just concentrate on your work you will never get negative on whatever you are doing.
